a developer who wants to communicate with the world
I studied development because I thought I could make the best use of my capabilities. I could be most immersed in situations where I needed to solve math problems or logical thinking from the past. And in the process of communicating with colleagues, sharing opinions, and coordinating, I felt a great reward and preferred to create something together. In the field of development, I thought that I could demonstrate both my logical thinking and collaboration skills, so I studied with interest.
My current developer philosophy is "The more urgent you are, the more you go back." What I felt while receiving multiple tasks and QA requests was that I shouldn't simply solve them in a contingency manner. For example, when I was given a task to show different pages according to user rights, I was able to set up and manage the upper router by authority without implementing conditional expressions on the lower pages. Also, there was a problem that the progress of the in-house project was not shared, so that the contents of each other's work collided. Even at this time, we confirmed that the cause of the problem was the communication method between practitioners and made sure to share requests and feedback on the assignment with the entire team so that everyone was aware of it. Through this experience, the more impatient the situation is, the more careful they approach the problem, communicate, and explore the underlying cause.
