Can my skills be replaced by AI capabilities?
Yes, AI agents have been introduced in every workplace I've ever worked in - software development, project management, counseling, and more - and their impact will only grow. That's why I've modified my career design strategy and direction. Up until now, I've tried to find the best fit for my skills among socially validated jobs, but going forward, I'll design my career by first exploring the uniqueness of my skills and proving them to society and organizations.
The emergence and development of AI agents has lowered the learning barrier in almost every field and made them the perfect tool for new challenges. I believe that the jobs that anyone can do will be the first to be replaced, and the workforce that has its own distinct color will survive in organizations. I will continue to challenge myself and solve the problems I am given in order to find the job that suits me best.
Finally, I'd like to end my short message by quoting a sentence from a novel that I really enjoyed.
He who avoids fearful change, who takes endless security, who does not realize that security is a curse, is immeasurable
